• Monthly rates only apply if you rent a month at a time and prepay that. if you rent 1 month plus 1 week, the 1 weeks rent is calculated on the WEEKLY rate, not the monthly.

• Office center: Printing, Photocopies, Scanner, incoming/outgoing international calls  available.
• Amenity: Washing machine, fridge, bath/hot shower, fully stocked kitchen, fridge, stove top, sizable oven,  grass yard area, big comfortable living room, Small TV, outdoor patio with chairs/tables..
• House fully secure with gate/walls and nightly security guard at neighbors property. It has a yard and patio area, lush surroundings including banana trees. There is room to park a scooter in the yard secured. Car parking can be arranged next door for a monthly fee by the neighbors’ lot.
• *Electricity IS included in weekly renters’ rent.(so long as you dont abuse the AC)
• If you need a room for the future and there is no availability, email us and we’ll notify you of any changes in vacancy by email or phone.

BOOKINGS from Abroad.

I can book you from abroad however, advance bookings require a deposit to hold a room. If you do not show up or cancel within 16 days you forfeit the deposit as a “no show”.  Unfortunately a refund cannot be given if you are unsatisfied upon arrival.  Sending the deposit for holding is an act of approval of the house.  Otherwise you can come see the house upon your arrival in in Bangkok and book it in person if a room is available at that time.  I cannot guarantee a room for you unless you send a deposit however.  In the case you are arriving within a week or less, I may be able to hold it for no fee if it is still available.

You can also come stay at the house upon your arrival and pay a nightly or weekly rate to see if you like the house. The daily rate is 1200B with a deposit of 8000B.

If you need info on Bangkok I can assist you and give you plenty of info to make your stay easy, fun, and interesting. I know where everything is, shortcuts, good stores, clubs/restaurants etc.

How to get there: BTS: Get to BTS Victory Monument. exit gate and take first left down the stairs to the street. Bus 14 is right there at the bottom. Get off at Siak Phi Chai (Phi Chai and Nakhon chai si road). Cross the street and walk a few minutes,(opposite direction of the small bridge) pass the 7 -11 on the left. make a left into the alley called Soi Phichai and at the Chinese temple call me so I can come meet you. 10-20 mins depending on traffic.

From MRT: Go to Bang Sue Station and take bus #70 the stop just before Phi chai Rd. there is a 7-11 opposite the bus stop. then a 3 min walk to the house. 10-15 min.

Taxi: Motorcycle Taxis can be the best deal and the fastest. You should be able to negotiate a 30bhat rate to get taken to area from Victory Monument BTS.  10 minutes.

From Airport: The best way I know of if you have luggage is to just take a taxi strait to the house! Get a taxi from the 2nd floor departure level, NOT the arrival level!(no pick up fees) and make sure they use a meter. you will pay around 220 for the whole ride, not bad. Taxi’s are limited up at the top level by the cops and so they dont have time to hustle you for a fixed rate since they need to ‘keep moving’. you are doing THEM a favor otherwise they would have to go bangkok without a passenger. This is the case only on the 2nd level departure. come to the Corner of Ruam Chit and SOI Phi Chai and get off there. there is a net cafe on that corner. From there you walk to the house around the corner.
